Hi, I have cracked heels to the point where I can open the crack and see flesh and it hurts, what can I do?
I live in a dry spot, and I try to put lotion, but I heard a feet bath could help, but should I put anything in the water? I also apply an anti-fungi hoping it will heal it, but I don’t know if it’s a good idea. Is there a creme that works better, or some salts to add to a bath?
Thanks!
OMG I have the same thing but mines healing GREAT! Wash them each night a lot and get like hand soap or rub a bar of soap on a scrub brush and brush your feet with it. It will hurt! Once your done dry your until completely dry. If your toes are soft and wrinkly put a band aid over your cracks and where socks for a few hours or while you sleep. It will take a long time for it to clear up because no scab will try to heal it up. Good Luck!!!
